One of the best cafes in Nottingham! Super friendly owners really approachable, Top customer service. Breakfast, one of the best I’ve had in recent years, all cooked to high standards and fresh. REAL sausages from a local butcher so they have that peppery strength. Incredible Value for money as you get a Hot drink included. Proper Espresso made coffee with steamed milk the real way. Nice looking cakes and slices on display. I also took the family in for burger night, top quality quarter pounder burger patties, fresh lettuce & tomato and American style melted cheese. Homemade style chips. Really good meal.

Fantastic cafe, with the best value breakfast in Nottingham. Coffee was better than Costa, the service was exceptionally good. Carl and Nicky are so welcoming and friendly. If you haven't been here yet it's definitely a must.

Such friendly staff. Lovely & clean. Always happy to just serve a coffee, same service as if spending lots more. Which is refreshing theses days. Please support your independent retailers & ditch the chains.

Our go to place for probably the best breakfast in Nottingham and at a very affordable price. All food cooked fresh so sometimes there is a wait but for great food it has been worth waiting for on every occasion. This week Carl and Nicky introduced the 'BEST', Bacon Egg, Sausage and Tomato enclosed in three slices of quality toast. For six quid this is a cracking, what might be termed, a builders breakfast. The only issue that I had was that the addition of tomato, or beans to the sarnie meant that there was a tendency for some of the toast to become somewhat soggy and required a knife and fork to finish it off, but it was good. To my mind having the tomato or beans on the side might be preferable enabling the sarnie to remain as it arrived to be consumed nicely dry. Perhaps it might then be called the 'BEAST', Bacon Egg, And Sausage Triple on either toast or bread with the tomato or beans on the side. A great addition to the menu.

Nicky was very welcoming. The food was beautifully cooked fresh. Highly recommend a visit.

Heard good things and was not disappointed. Had 200°Americano and a tea cake. Sat outside with my buddy, who had an enormous pot of tea, and watched the world inch by. Super friendly staff.

Bestest cafe in Nottingham! I go there very often and I must say I am NEVER disappointed! Carl & Nicky are super friendly and make you feel welcomed you feel like apart of a family when you’re in the cafe. The food is top quality and the sausages are more than 100% Amazing they source their food from a local butchers which instantly you know it will be good and it absolutely is hitting the ball out the park! Delicious with every bite. In this photo is a breakfast called THE B.E.S.T ( BACON EGG SAUSAGE TOMATOS ) and it is one of the best things I’ve ever tasted I like to take my children to their burger nights as they’re again top quality burgers sourced from the local butchers which they get in normal beef burgers, black cracked pepper burgers and also chicken burgers and they’re ever so tasty And if that wasn’t enough they also have amazing cakes on for sale in a nice bright display case for you to choose from I reccomend the chocolate mint brownie or the malteaser pies the pies are cakes and are amazing! Honestly if you haven’t tried this place yet YOU ARE MISSING OUT. Somersby Road NG5!
